- Be selective about the people you spend time with since they will have an impact on you.
- If you Love someone, TELL them. Don’t go a moment without telling them.

- This too shall pass. No problem stays forever. Every problem comes and goes.
- Strive to get rid of the things that aggravate you. Reduce the list of irritations.
- It won’t be a secret if the person you are dating is genuinely into you.
- There is a difference between feeling better and improving.
- Don’t let fear keep you from doing the things you want to do. Do it afraid.
- Share your gifts with the world.
- Don’t let pain turn you cold and heartless. Use your story to help others.
- Believe in yourself. You will do AMAZING things in your life.
- Don’t keep what you know to yourself. Share it with others. Whether it’s a recipe or a great beauty product.
- Always have a book you can’t put down.
- If you have a job you detest, look for another job and leave the one you hate. It should make you happy to wake up rather than make you feel irritated going to work.
- No matter how minor the choice, it has an impact on how you feel about yourself.
- Avoid tensing up. Make your home a calm place.
- Only if you do will life remain unchanged.
- Be conscious of the fact that one choice has the power to alter everything.
- Your strengths serve as your purpose’s compass.
- Reject the idea that life is difficult and must be endured. To thrive is to live.
- Avoid dating someone you wish to save or fix. (Make no one your project)
- Avoid committing to a relationship with someone who lacks empathy.
- Make a decision about the kind of life you desire, then build your life around that goal.
- Take a lesson from others’ successes to avoid wasting your time.
- Life gets better if you’re in the correct relationship. Period.
- Show more attention to what others are saying than to what you have to say.
- Get married to your best friend.
- Friends come and some friends go. The ones that are meant to be in your life will always be.
- Live in the now. By Living in the moment you will have so many memories that will last a lifetime.
- Everyone has something to teach you.
- Avoid being a victim. Don’t live your life with a victim mentality. It makes you look needy.
- Create your own schedule and include lots of little things that make you happy.
- Establish boundaries with the people in your life.
- Never allow someone else to decide how you should feel about yourself.
- Don’t put your needs last just to please others.
- The quicker you let it go, the fewer sleepless nights you will have. (trust my words on this one) lol
- Share your flaws; it makes you relatable to another.
- Avoid attempting to blame your parents for what they did or did not do. Just take ownership of your own healing.
- Pay attention to actions they speak louder than words.
- Perform at least one activity you enjoy each day.
- Always be sincere; it will ease your burden.
- Don’t feed your ego. Feed your soul.
- If you’re broken, you’ll pick another broken person.
- Avoid responding emotionally to events right away. First, think.
- Every day, leave something unsaid. (I’m still learning this one) 🤦🏾♀️
- People’s actions and words have much more to do with them than with you.
- Avoid doing something that must remain a secret.
- You are more powerful than you realize.
- Be confident.
- Greet total strangers with a smile.
- Simple decency speaks volumes. Be considerate, be kind.
- Develop your own coping mechanisms.
- Communicate freely about issues, many issues can be resolved quicker than you think if you just talk it out.
- Make plans for enjoyable things you can look forward to.
